The Liberty Hyde Bailey Project

The Liberty Hyde Bailey Project is a website created to revive interest in Bailey’s life and work. In the future it will link to a forthcoming book series - "The Liberty Hyde Bailey Library" , published by Cornell University Press.

A current list of Bailey’s work is featured on the page “Bailey in Print.”


There is also a link to The Digital Library where the full list of titles by Liberty Hyde Bailey, as published during his lifetime, with links to online versions when available.


John Linstrom, a former Director of the Liberty Hyde Bailey Museum is the website creator and series editor of the Liberty Hyde Bailey Library.
